NLC season 2019
2019 has turned out quite exceptional for noctilucent clouds with huge displays across Europe on a few nights with the show on 21st June being quite notable. Due to work commitments or cloud issues I have missed most of these bigger displays. The one night I was available was 27th June to catch them.

NLC was visible as soon as it got dark enough and they were very high up in the sky! I really thought it was going to develop into something bigger. I flew out the door and managed to grab a few images at a local church.
As I write this on 17th July I'm really hoping for one more chance to photograph them before the season ends, then it's back to darker skies and the hunt for the aurora starts again.
